Can I buy something in a different colour / gemstone to the one shown?

Yes, we buy from an extensive network of dealers worldwide and are always able to source gemstones for you.

Are the Opals in your jewellery 'triplets' or 'doublets'?

No, we do not use composite gemstones (a thin slice of Opal set between a slice of crystal and a black background to enhance the colour) in any of our jewellery. Solid Opals are incredibly rare. Opal is very rarely cut into beads due to the amount of waste this creates. All of our Opal jewellery is created from solid Opal which is either of museum quality or is a fine collector's piece.

I've heard that Opals sometimes crack, is it safe to buy Opals from you?

Generally only poor quality Opal cracks, and does so within the first six months after mining. We do not sell poor quality Opal. We only buy Opal from trusted sources and it is a strict requirement that they have had the Opal in their possession for a minimum period of time to ensure quality. This enables us to provide a full money back quality guarantee on all of our Opal jewellery.

Are the gemstones used in your jewellery designs genuine?

Yes, it is our strict company policy to only use genuine gemstones in our jewellery designs.

Do you provide a guarantee with any of your jewellery?

Yes, every item on our websites is sold with a full money back quality guarantee. All diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free diamonds. Every item on this website is guaranteed to be ethically sourced, sweatshop free and child labour free.

How will the jewellery / jewellery for the home be packaged?

All of our jewellery is provided in a jewellery box. Gift wrapping is available by request. Luxury jewellery boxes are available by request.

Will I receive the exact piece of jewellery pictured?

Many of our jewellery designs are 'one of a kind pieces' and are advertised as such. In this case you will receive the exact piece of jewellery illustrated. This is the case with all of our Opal jewellery. Some of our designs are created from natural materials with intrinsic variations. If you would like to see an image of the item that you will receive, or if you would like to select from several pieces then contact us and we will be happy to provide this.

Is it safe to buy online?

It is safe to buy online through our website. All of our credit card processing is handled by Protx and is guaranteed to be 100% secure, you also have the option of paying by Paypal. We do not accept telephone payments and we would not recommend any of our customers to pay via telephone as this is not a secure method of accepting payment.

What is your pricing policy?

We believe in paying fair prices to our suppliers and charging fair prices to our customers. We guarantee all of our product to be sweatshop free and child labour free and only source our components from suppliers able to meet this strict requirement.

How quickly will I receive my order? / What delivery options do you offer?

Most orders ship same day. All orders require a signature on delivery. If you require your order to be delivered urgently please contact us. During checkout you will be offered a choice of UK Recorded Delivery for £1.95, UK Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day delivery) for £5 and International signed for delivery for £5. Guaranteed Saturday delivery is available by request.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We deliver worldwide. We do however cancel all international orders which don't pass our credit card processors fraud screening process.
