The LOOK Keo Fit system has been developed by LOOK themselves to ensure riders using their Keo pedal system are correctly set-up, to gain maximum benefit from their shoe / pedal interface.

As a LOOK Keo Fit Centre, we can offer this as a stand-alone service which takes about half an hour. Or, if required, can do it as part of a total bike fitting session.

The LOOK Keo Fit system uses a specially adapted pair of LOOK Keo pedals to digitally analysis your pedaling and determine the correct angle and position that your cleats need to be set to - as well as telling you which colour cleats you should be using (LOOK offer three options with varying degree's of float - black, grey or red).

The Keo Fit system has been used by the Astana cycling team, with Alberto Contordor (amongst many other pro's!) being extremely happy with the results.
