The KING3 project has taken an another step forward with the birth of the RS models in which the on-road performance of the frame has been heightened further trough the new carbon fabric composition used. Continuous research into composite materials has revelled how the integration of 10% T-700SC (+50% High Modules) and 46T HS40 Carbon pre- Preg ( +40% High Strengh 60T) guarantees fundamental characteristics in a racing frame such as increased lightness, high degree of rigidity, excellent vibration absorption, outstanding acceleration and extraordinary drivability.

The two versions of the new KING3 RS differ from each other in the construction technology used. The first is build as a monocoque on the base and shapes of the KING 3; it weighs less than a kilogram, 10% less than the classical model. This new frame was used successfully by professionals during the last Giro d'Italia, to great effect in the opinion of the racers themselves.

The second version called RS custom has however been built using a laying technique. Its main advantage is that the customer can also choose the movement box option as well as the customised size. This feature provides for the inclusion of a central BB30 movement. Furthermore, oversize 1.1/8 - 1.1/2 steering and consequently the dedicated fork can be fitted.
