The launch of the Davanti-Crono frameset brings a new element of top end speed to the Davanti range. Working in conjunction with the best carbon manufacturers in the industry, we are proud to offer this as the ultimate in Triathlon / TT framesets.

Built to exacting specifications and designed to be the best available on the market – no stone has been left un-turned in designing this frameset. And testament to that is the limited availability of them – due to the cost of mould development, there is currently only one size available (53cm) with other sizes planned for next season.

It's the attention to detail that makes this frameset what it is, and those details (some of which are very small!!) are as follows:

• Full carbon aero-dynamic profile design
• Full internal cable routing for ultimate aero-dynamics
• Dual bottle cage mounts (for those waiting to race more than 25 miles!)
• Dual headed, full carbon, aero profiled seat post
• Mono box bottom bracket for extra stiffness and power transfer
• Rear facing, mirco adjustable, horizontal rear dropouts (no messy bolts on show here to disrupt the air-flow - the adjustability on these is all tucked neatly inside the dropouts
• Ultra profiled seat tube that wraps around the rear wheel, giving a smooth transition for the air flow from frame to rear wheel
• Removable front mech mount (if you don’t use a front mech – why have a mech hanger messing up the air-flow!!)
• Profiled downtube, keeping the front wheel tucked into the front of the bike keeping the air-flow nice and smooth
• Aero profiled, full carbon forks – with full carbon steerer
• Profiled headtube to cut through the wind
• Cleverly designed seat post clamp – keeping smooth lines on the front and the bolts facing backwards (a very small touch – but something a lot of others fail to take into consideration)
• ‘Fin’ bladed rear seat stays
• Replaceable rear mech hanger

This high end, well designed full carbon Time Trial / Triathlon frameset is available for just £995 – a fraction of the price you’d be asked to pay by some of the big name brands that are out there, and lets me honest we all know they’re probably made within about a 20 square mile radius of each other!!

We've personally tested this frameset throughout the 2009 season and can honestly say it is the stiffest and fastest bike we've ever ridden. Which is why it's the only bike you'll see us use when we line up for a TT - and if you want to know just how good it is, why not pop in and take one out for a spin.

And just to add that touch of 'something special' to you new frameset, we can now offer you a fork upgrade to the extremely aerodynamic OVAL Jetstream A900 forks. These forks have been used by top pro's such as Cadel Evans and are widely regarded as the best on the market. Further details of the forks can be found elsewhere on the site, but these truely are the best of the best.
