- Condition Report Inspection Schedule (NA/EICRS1) (for domestic and similar premises with a supply up to 100A)
- Main Intake & Associated Circuits Inspection Schedule (NA/MI/001) (for recording inspection items for existing Commercial/Industrial installations only)
- Distribution Board Inspection Schedule (NA/DB/001) (for use for recording inspections on DB’s and for additional DB’s including for Domestic installations)
Optional forms may be used for the Electrical Installation Certificate:
- Electrical Test Continuation sheet (NA/ETC/001) (for recording circuit information and test results on DB’s exceeding 12 ways)
- Continuation Observation Sheet (NA/COS/001) (for recording comments on existing installations)
