Climbing is great  fun and  it also helps to develop a range of qualities,  such as

  • Fitness
  • Problem solving.
  • Leadership.
  • Social skills.
  • Coordination.

All of this combine to make climbing an ideal sport for confidence building.

Rapid progress can be made with a bit of dedication. There are lots of resources on the web to pick up tips and techniques. (see our links page)

Climbing Holds were initially developed to simply train for outdoor rock climbing, but indoor climbing has since developed into a sport in it's own right.

'Bouldering' is low level climbing without ropes.  Recently, climbing centres have emerged which offer this 'ropeless climbing'. There is always plenty of safety padding and holds are kept below 2 Metres,

A traverse wall is perfect to set-up at home (indoors or out) this is a low-level climbing wall where the aim is to traverse from one side to the other

Climbing holds are made in a range of materials, we have opted for resin because of its high-strength and durabilty.

We will soon be adding traverse wall plans and loads of new products for 2009.

We are confident there is no other company in the UK offering the sheer volume of climbing holds for your money.

Check out our mixed set of '20 traditional holds with fixings £40' ; like for like some of our competitors would charge twice as much as this..  When buying your holds always check the actual size of what your ordering.

We feel it is essential our customers are pleased with their purchase.

For beginners we suggest our climbing hold set "Traditional X20 set with fixings."

Then for intermediate or advanced the "Scafell X50 set" is excellent because it has a wide range of shapes in small, medium and large sizes.

As requested by our customers we also have a new set which is a mixed set of realistic real rock texture holds and traditional climbing holds.

For training a 'Fingerboard training tool' is excellent for building strength, if you don't have room for some climbing holds this is a convenient way to maintain  your upper body strength. We will be releasing a smaller version of our fingerboard (early 2009) which will fit it above most door frames.
