FREE NEGOTIATION SERVICE

Turn any lead into a potential Done Deal -

If see an unqualified or qualified lead you wish to buy on the  shop but dont have the time or experience to negotiate the deal then let us do it for you - free of charge.

One of our in house negotiators will contact the vendor on your behalf and finalise the deal for you.

Procedure:

1)       Once the lead is bought, please contact us to request the conversion to  a Done Deal free of charge.

2)       One of our experienced negotiators will then contact the vendor on your behalf.

3)       Once the sale is agreed we will send out all the paperwork and the following options can apply:-

Options:

If the done deal conversion has been successful 18% BMV or over we will charge you the standard Done Deal cost.  The cost is £500 initially and then a 2% Finders Fee on completion of purchase.  This cost is minus the cost of the lead that was purchased originally.

If the lead is 17% - 14% BMV we will sell the Done Deal to you for £300 initially minus the cost of the lead originally and a finders fee of 1% on completion.

If the lead is however is 14% BMV or under then it will be qualified for you free of charge and no Finders fee will be applicable.  We can however send a Sales Agreement out if the vendor’s amount given is acceptable for you to purchase the property.  This way the vendor cannot go elsewhere once the Sale agreement has been signed and sent back.

 The advantages of this free negotiation service:

Our experienced negotiators will handle the call on your behalf and initiate and convert the lead to a Done Deal as successful as possible.

If the lead gets converted to a Done Deal you have first priority of the Done Deal in regards to a waiting list that generally is very long.

Your lead has been successful and therefore value for money.

We will send the vendor a Sales Agreement (legally binding document).  This legally binds the vendor to sell to our company and cannot go else where as this is what often happens with investors.
