Lakeland Fundraising reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions of the use of the website as well as the right to modify, add, remove any service, feature, product or information from the site at any time without giving prior notice by posting the changes on the Lakeland Fundraising website & thus all changes become effective immediately.

ORDER POLICIES
This site is not intended to supply information to Children. It is designed for adult professional & voluntary fundraisers, staff at fundraising businesses & related staff.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All transactions are taken in £ Sterling. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta Switch & Solo. Mail Orders can be paid with Postal Orders, Personal or Bank Cheques. Do not put cash in the post. Orders online are with our secure server. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
PRICES & TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Charges for goods & services supplied by Lakeland Fundraising shall be made in full before delivery or completion, unless the buyer has an account. An account application includes an applicant to agree to the standard conditions of trade herein:
The buyer account payments must be made within the payments term specifically agreed by Lakeland Fundraising & any alteration must be made in writing. Lakeland Fundraising can claim interest of delayed payments at base rate from the end of the working day the contract states payment was due plus 8% P.A. from the agreed settlement date until the balance is paid in full. Lakeland Fundraising may at its absolute discretion close the buyer’s account at any time & any balance due shall be paid immediately from the buyer to Lakeland Fundraising.
REFUND & REPLACEMENTS:
Please notify us in writing within 30 days to our contact address. All returned items must be in undamaged packaging & unbroken seals.
CANCELLATIONS:
Must be made in writing to our contact address before receipt of the goods and within 14 days in writing to our contact address.
DELIVERIES
We deliver to UK Mainland. Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands & Europe. All international enquiries are welcome & are dealt with individually, please contact us to enquire.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Upon receipt of payment, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours dependant upon stock levels at the time of order. Orders received after 12 noon are carried over to next working day. If there is not enough stock to fulfill your request, when you place your order, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you and advise upon expected delivery date. If you have specific date that you require goods by, please make sure you inform us and we will endeavor to meet this.
EXTRA POSTAGE CHARGES:
Certain postcodes incur an extra delivery charge and for your piece of mind any order sent via Royal Mail can be upgraded to recorded delivery for their standard charge. If you are uncertain if your postcode has an extra charge or would like to upgrade your delivery please contact us.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Lakeland Fundraising shall not be liable for damage or injury caused by its goods or workmanship beyond the replacement of the goods or work verification of the buyers complains. Lakeland Fundraising shall not be liable for any sub sequential loss caused by its failure or delay in supplying; servicing or repairing goods, whether the loss arises from the actions or omissions of Lakeland Fundraising; its directors; employees; agents &/or subcontractors.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Any time named by Lakeland Fundraising for the delivery of its goods is an estimate only & while every effort is made to ensure the goods will arrive on time, Lakeland Fundraising is not liable for any consequences of a delay in delivery. Claims by the Buyer can be made in writing to our contact address within 7 days of the date of delivery.
RIGHTS OF THE SELLER
The receipt of an email order is acknowledgment of the order and does not constitute the acceptance of order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.
It is the buyers’ responsibility to examine goods supplied & to identify defects, illustrations, descriptions, weights & measurements shall be taken by the Buyer as a guide only; they are not binding in detail. Lakeland Fundraising reserves the right without notice & without affecting the validity of the contract to make such changes in materials; dimensions & designs as are reasonable & desirable
Ownership & title of the goods supplied shall remain with Lakeland Fundraising until full payment is received & no other sums whatsoever shall be due from the buyer to seller. In the event of non-payment, Lakeland Fundraising shall be entitled to enter the buyers’ premises and remove any goods supplied for which payment has not been received.
