Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.
Nevertheless there might be a case where the items are unsuitable or damaged, in which case you can return them. Our return policy is identical to goods bought in our store:

Goods in an unused condition (with all labels and original packaging) and proof of purchase can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Should you be returning a Sale or special offer item which was reduced, you can exchange it or we will send you a credit note. There will is no refund given on SALE items.
All other non sale items will be refunded or exchanged.
Please note that postage and packaging is not refunded for items that are unsuitable or unwanted.

How to return items

Send e-mail with your invoice number, item number and your reason for returning or exchanging your item to: goosebbumps.shop@gmail.com You will receive an authorisation code, which you need to state on your Returns form and send your items to:

Please affix appropriate postage. We recommend returning your goods by Recorded Delivery and retaining your proof of postage.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
