"Although we are well into our pre-season myself and Will Thomas have been extremely busy recruiting since the end of February to ensure we once again have a competitive squad which will challenge for the league title.
A special mention should go to John Bowd who came second in the Principality Premiership Player of the Year Award and who, we have named as captain for the forthcoming season.
On behalf of the coaching staff and players, we look forward to seeing and hearing you when the games start. "
