“Porthdinllaen” The village of Porthdinllaen is on the northern shores of Llyn, and a very popular destination in summer. I took this shot in the depths of winter, with a howling westerly gale from my right. This was my third outing there in as many days, the first two were a complete waste of time. On this occasion the wind was so strong that I had to put my whole weight on the tripod to stop it being blown over. The light you see in the village is the local Inn. This was the only shot I took that morning, and my personal favourite of all my images.
